My defense: i leave people before they leave me. And I have to stop doing that.Love, real love, will find me, soon enough. I may not have the perfect body, I might not be a model, or gorgeous, but I love to cook. I love to smile, I love to dance, I love music and movies and art, I enjoy going to museums, to clubs, to restaurants, and someone out there will love me for that. I love to write, and speak in front of people, I love to play the piano, and damn it, I love to make people laugh. I just love making people’s day.And some day, I’ll have someone in my arms, with their own around me, who will always have someone to make their day just a bit brighter. I have something to give. I know I can love with every fiber in my being… and he’s out there somewhere. I just have to stop being afraid of being left behind. How else am I going to be happy enough to make someone else smile? <3
